Return Policy – At BannerEnvy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether your banner arrived damaged, or you notice a typo or other error, please contact us right away at 1-855-FOR-ENVY.

Shipping Policy - BannerEnvy uses United Parcel Service as our preferred shipping company. All banners shipped FREE via UPS Ground within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. BannerEnvy also offers UPS 2^nd Day Air Service at an additional cost.

Turnaround Policy - Your event is important, so BannerEnvy wants to get your special custom banner into your hands as quickly as possible. Our standard production turnaround is 2 business days from the time your order is received.

Terms and Conditions Of Use - We stand behind our products and strive to provide you with the best quality banner printing possible. We will make any reasonable effort to correct any issues if they arise to your satisfaction.

Privacy Policy - We will never share, rent, or sell any of your information. We will do our very best to keep your information safe and secure.

 

 

Return Policy

Banner Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department right away at 1-855-FOR-ENVY. We may ask you to e-mail us a photo of the issue (wrong banner, spelling, damage, wrong color) for us to use in resolving your issue.

 

There’s an error on my banner.

We do not guarantee any exact color matching or color print. Slight color variations shall be considered normal and acceptable and will not be considered production mistakes. We use our professional expertise to get the best color from each banner we print.

Please be sure to double-check all information, photographs and colors before you submit your order. BannerEnvy cannot be responsible for any supplied typographical errors. Please note we are not responsible for mistypes, spelling and grammar errors and we do not proof or check your copy for mistakes or accuracy.

If it’s an error we made, we’ll gladly reprint and ship that for you, free of charge.

My banner arrived damaged.

We'll work with UPS to find out what happened. In the meantime, we can reprint it for you, free of charge.

 

Shipping Policy

BannerEnvy uses United Parcel Service as our preferred shipping company. All banners shipped FREE via UPS Ground within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. BannerEnvy also offers expedited service using UPS 2^nd Day Air at an additional cost.

Shipping Times: UPS Super Saver and Ground shipments are dependent on the zip code entered at checkout. Please reference the shipping chart for approximate shipping times to your location. (Note: All shipping times begin after your banner order has been printed, finished and packaged.)

UPS Delivery: Please note you must enter a valid street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Guarantee: BannerEnvy cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please allow sufficient time for production and shipping to make sure you have your banner when you need it. BannerEnvy also offers 2-day expedited shipping.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. You can check the delivery status of your order at any time by going online at www.ups.com.

Canada and International Shipping

Currently, BannerEnvy does not ship to Canada or to International locations.

 

Turnaround Policy

We know your event is important, so BannerEnvy wants to get your special custom banner into your hands as quickly as possible. Our standard turnaround is 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders received before 8 am EST will be part of that business day's production schedule. Orders placed after 8 am EST will become part of the following business day's production schedule.

For example, a banner order received at 6 pm EST on a Monday will ship from our facility on Wednesday. Weekend orders placed anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will ship on Tuesday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I put a rush on my banner? Yes! At checkout, choose the expedited option for the size banner you wish to order. Expedited orders are produced in 24 hours and shipped via UPS 2^nd Day Air service. Please contact us at 1-855-FOR-ENVY if you have any questions regarding a rush order.

How do I track my order? Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail from BannerEnvy confirming its production status. Once your order ships, an e-mail will be sent by UPS with your order’s tracking number.
